ANXALLIANCE NETWORK X

Terms of Use

Version 1 · 21 September 2026

1. Who we are

The Advisory Hub is operated by Alliance Network X Limited (“ANX”, “we”, “us”), a company in Jamaica.

These Terms of Use are the agreement between you and ANX for your use of the Advisory Hub. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not create an account.

Your information is handled as described in our Data Protection Policy & Privacy Notice, which is a separate document.

2. Who can use the Advisory Hub

You may create an account if you are 18 or older and you are registering for yourself or for a business you are authorised to act for.

You agree to give accurate information when you register, to use an email address you control, and to keep your details up to date. One account per person, and please do not share your account with anyone else.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your password and for what happens on your account. Please choose a password you do not use anywhere else.

If you think someone else has gained access to your account, tell us straight away at admin@alliancenetworkx.com so we can help you secure it.

4. What the Advisory Hub is — and what it is not

This section matters more than any other. Please read it.

The Advisory Hub gives you a learning library, guided question sets for your business model, financial model and six-month roadmap, documents generated from the answers you type in, a private vault for those documents and your own uploads, and a progress record ANX advisory staff can review.

Documents the Hub generates are built from your own answers, formatted — not written for you, and not checked by us. Every generated document carries a note inside it saying so, and the verification level it was produced at:

  • L0 — a file you uploaded. ANX has not looked at it.
  • L1 — generated from your own answers. Formatted, not rewritten, not reviewed by ANX.
  • L2 — reviewed by a named ANX reviewer, against a stated checklist, on a stated date.
  • L3 — verified by an external party.

Everything the Hub generates today is L1 at best. If you send a document from the Hub to a bank, an investor or anyone else, it carries your name and your answers — not an endorsement from ANX.

The Advisory Hub is not:

  • legal advice. Nothing here is a substitute for an attorney.
  • financial, investment, accounting or tax advice. The financial model is a starter template with formulas; the numbers in it are yours.
  • a guarantee of any outcome. Nothing here promises you will raise money, obtain a loan, register a company, or reach any other business result.

Where ANX advisory staff comment on your work, that is advisory feedback on the material you gave us. It is not a professional opinion and does not create a professional relationship of any kind.

5. Your content stays yours

Everything you write, upload or generate in the Hub — your answers, your documents, your journal, your uploads — belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of it.

You give us permission to store, copy and process your content only so far as we need to in order to run the service for you: saving your answers, generating your documents, letting ANX advisory staff review your progress, and keeping backups.

We do not sell your content and we do not use it to advertise to you. If we ever want to use your business as a case study or quote you, we will ask first and you are free to say no.

You remain responsible for what you put in. Please do not upload anything you do not have the right to share, including confidential information belonging to someone else.

6. Our content

The learning sessions, question sets, document templates, the Advisory Hub software, and the ANX name and logo belong to ANX or our licensors.

You may use the documents you generate for your own business, including sharing them with your bank, investors or advisors. You may not resell the Hub’s content, republish the learning material, or use it to build a competing service.

7. Fair use of the platform

Please do not:

  • use the Hub for anything unlawful, or to store unlawful material;
  • upload malicious code, or try to break, probe or get around the platform’s security;
  • try to reach another founder’s account or data;
  • scrape, copy or extract the platform’s content in bulk;
  • impersonate anyone, or register with an email address you do not control;
  • resell or share your access.

If you break these rules we may suspend or close your account — see section 10.

8. Paid subscriptions

Access to the Advisory Hub now requires an active paid subscription.

Paid subscriptions work as follows:

  • The subscription is US$12 per month.
  • The price shown is the total you pay. If ANX becomes required to charge GCT or any other tax, that is included in the price unless we tell you otherwise with at least 30 days’ notice.
  • Payment is taken through PayPal. PayPal’s own terms apply to the payment itself, and we never see or store your card details.
  • The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
  • You can cancel at any time, through your account or through PayPal. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • Refunds. Subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not refund part-months or unused time. If you are charged in error, contact us and we will correct it. This does not affect any right you have under Jamaican law that cannot be excluded.
  • We give at least 30 days’ notice before any change to the price, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

If a payment fails, we may suspend paid features until it is resolved.

9. Availability

We work to keep the Advisory Hub running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may need to take it down for maintenance, and we may change or remove features. Where we can, we will give reasonable notice of significant changes.

10. Ending your account

You can close your account at any time by contacting us at admin@alliancenetworkx.com. We will delete your information as described in the Data Protection Policy & Privacy Notice.

We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if we are required to by law, or if keeping it open would put other founders or the platform at risk. Except where that would not be sensible — a serious security problem, for example — we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond.

If your account closes you lose access to the Hub, so please download anything you want to keep from your Document Vault first.

11. Our responsibility to you

We provide the Advisory Hub with reasonable care and skill. But because the Hub formats material you supply and does not verify it, we are not responsible for decisions you take based on what you produce here, or for losses that follow from them, including lost profit, lost business or lost opportunity.

Nothing in these terms removes or limits any right you have under Jamaican law that cannot be excluded or limited by agreement. If any part of this section is found to go too far, the rest still applies.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page and, where the change is significant, tell you directly or place a notice on the platform. We encourage you to review this page regularly.

If you continue using the Advisory Hub after a change takes effect, that means you accept the updated terms.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica, and the courts of Jamaica have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Before going to court, please contact us — most problems are quicker to solve directly.
